Going to Iran: Teheran

First days in Iran were a lot of trying-to-situations. Trying to learn basic Farsi, to take the bus, to exchange money, figuring out how to dress properly, making plans on where to go and especially how to go.

Getting to Teheran just before one of Irans most important religious holidays, Ashura, made it easier to get around without too much traffic and smog. It had a downside though: It took us a bit to find a place to buy food because almost everything was closed. In the end we got invited for free food in front of a mosque as they share free food during Ashura
